Mentorship Program
Welcome to participate in a mentorship program where Q`ero shamans together with Monika Bloomberg will during 6 months guide you and follow your development to find your path in life that resonate with your inner voice and the desire of your heart.
One of the shamans will be your mentor.
There will be individual meetings as well as group meetings in the program.

Dona Maria Apaza Machacca
Doña Maria is an Altomisayoq (healer of the high table), she started in this path because she was hit by a lightning 3 times, that means that the nature chooses her to be a Healer, since that moment she got her inner star from the lightning and stated working in her community and helped them to be in touch with their inner star.
Some say that she is the only woman now alive in this part of the Andes who is a true Altomisayoq; the Altomisayoq is sometimes considered the most elevated category of Paqo/ Healer/ Mystic — a Paqo who communicates directly with the Apus (spirit of the holy mountains) and other powerful spirits of the Sacred Places of the Andes.
Don Alejandro Apaza Machacca
Don Alejandro is an elder from the Q’ero community of Kiko, a province of Cusco nestled high in the Andes.
He is a direct living descendent from the Inkas, he apprenticed since he was young as a Pampamisayoq (keeper of the earth).
Since he was young he started to serve his community, working generously and showing his humbleness all the time, as a person and as a healer.
When Alejandro was in his twenties, he started to receive information form the Universe and spirits that surrounded him.
Don Alejandro is a very recognized healer in his community for the teachings that he was giving, how to work with the softness that everybody has.
Don Mariano Flores Quispe
Don Mariano is an elder from the Q’ero community of Charkapata, a province of Cusco nestled high in the Andes.
The Q’ero people are widely considered to be among the most direct living descendents of the Inka.
Don Mariano apprenticed since he was young as a pampamisayoq. He is recognized as a Kurak Akulleq, and is a noted teacher and ceremonialist who specializes in Pulse reading in working with the feminine, in the ceremony of Haywarikuy, (“offerings to reach the earth” also known in Spanish as despachos). As a paqo, he heals through despachos, coca readings, and is known for his expertise in diagnosis through reading the patient’s pulse.
Don Claudio Quispe
Don Claudio Quispe is a Paqo/medicine man from the Q´ero lineage of the southern high Andes of Peru. He walks the medicine pathway as a Pampamesayok (a healer who makes offerings and performs healing with the connection of Mother Earth).
As a young boy Don Claudio developed a wound that wouldn’t heal. His father took him to visit an Altomesayok (a healer who works and communicates with the spirit of the mountains). The Altomesayok got the messages from the mountain Ausungate that Don Claudio needed to start walk the path as a medicine man. Don Claudio took the message to his heart and started doing that. In a short time of period the wound started to heal.
Today Don Clauido works as very powerful medicine man and has done that for over 40 years. He has a fantastic ability so see what is going on within and around his clients and with his knowledge and long experiences he helps them to come into balance.
